Hi! Here’s everything you might want to know about when your order will reach you and what happens if something doesn’t go as expected. 

Replacements

Every product is carefully packed before dispatch. However,if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us via email at team@toowanza.com or whatsapp us at +91 9021625350 within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or a video showing:

    • The product

    • Outer and inner packaging

    • Shipping label/docket details

Once verified, we will ship a free replacement of the same item.

Returns 

We hope this doesn’t happen. As a tiny studio, we leave no stone unturned to ensure a joyful experience for you.
In the rare, unfortunate case when things don't go as expected, We accept returns of unused, non-sale items in their original condition.

You may request a return within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging

  • We will arrange a pickup

  • Reverse shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit

After the item is received and passes inspection, store credit (valid for 12 months) will be issued.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Requests raised after the 72-hour window

Gifted items follow the same policy. Store credit will be issued to the gift recipient.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and color originally purchased.

  • Requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit for the purchase amount will be issued (valid for 12 months).

Cancellations

Orders that have not been shipped or invoiced may be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit (valid for 12 months).

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Method

We offer store credit only for approved cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

We are not a big corporation that can absorb such hindrances easily.
From ideation, creation to the point an object of art is delivered to you, each product involves significant time, care, and craftsmanship. Therefore, monetary refunds are not available.
Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, for the same product, style, and color. If the size is unavailable, you will receive store credit.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, if it is unused and in original condition. Returns qualify for store credit only.

Who pays for return or exchange shipping?

  • Replacements of damaged/incorrect items: We cover shipping

  • Size exchanges or Returns: Reverse shipping is deducted from store credit

When will I receive my store credit?
Within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
